Padauk Wood Flooring

43,000.00

Padauk flooring, made from the tropical Padauk tree, features a white sapwood when freshly cut, but turns to brownish yellow or gray upon exposure.  The heartwood is vivid reddish-orange initially, but it changes to bright red, red or coral pink, with dark streaks, or reddish- or purplish-brown or black over time. The color darkens upon drying, but it eventually fades with age.
The grain is generally straight to somewhat interlocked, with a fine texture. It’s popular for its beauty, its resistance to wear, and its exceptional dimensional stability and negligible movement post-installation.

Padauk wood flooring by Wood Willing is priced per square meter.
