900mm X 2100mm wooden fire rated flush door

45mm thick wooden fire rated flush door. Door leaf made of two 12mm thick fiber cement boards sandwiching a fire resistant mineral wool (rock wool, in this case) as insulation, and two exterior grade veneered Akala plywood facing both sides, with heat activated intumescent fire seal mounted on the grooves, and a coat of fire retardant primer. Door frame, made of seasoned Teak, also has heat activated intumescent fire seal strip, and wears a coat of fire and termite resistant primer.
Also included are architrave, sturdy and anti-rust ironmongery, door stoppers, door signage, surface mounted hydraulic door closers, cost of fixing to wall, and magnetic locks for controlled access.
